Over 140 exhibitors joined HETT 2025 to showcase the technologies and services forging the future of health and care. From established industry leaders to pioneering start-ups, the show hosted a diverse array of organisations. Four in particular stood out, earning awards for how they brought their solutions to life on the exhibition floor.

Here’s a closer look at this year’s winners and what set them apart.

Multiverse: Best Pre-Show Marketing Campaignmutilverse

Multiverse is a workforce transformation partner that helps organisations across the UK, including over 120 NHS trusts, improve data, artificial intelligence (AI), and leadership skills. Their programmes are funded through the government’s apprenticeship levy, meaning they come at no commercial cost to customers.

Multiverse focuses on ground-up digital enablement, helping individuals within trusts adopt technology to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual processes, and ultimately enhance patient outcomes.

Their award-winning marketing campaign at HETT 2025 highlighted real-world impact stories. For example, one of their learners helped a trust in the north of England identify £6.7 million in savings opportunities, reduced A&E waiting times from over an hour to just over ten minutes, and doubled patient throughput on a ward.

As they put it, “What makes it easy to communicate and meet people where they’re at is the number of value stories we have… marketing is as simple as relaying those stories back to potential customers.”

By letting these results speak for themselves, Multiverse demonstrated how workforce transformation can deliver tangible benefits while clearly communicating its value to NHS organisations.

Better: Best Stand Entertainmentbetter

Better provides digital solutions for hospital systems across the UK, focusing on a platform that enables hospitals to develop interoperable ecosystems. Their platform supports initiatives like OneLondon’s universal care plans, consolidating patient records and improving medication management across multiple sites.

By offering data in open, vendor-neutral formats such as openEHR, Better’s solutions align with the NHS 10-year plan, supporting single patient records and electronic prescription services (EPS) to enhance care delivery.

HETT 2025 provided an important opportunity for Better to engage with both existing and new clients. As they explained, the event acted as a “meeting point where [they] can catch up with everyone and follow up on actions, rather than traveling across Europe.”

Their stand, which won Best Stand Entertainment, reflected multiple iterations of their brand and how they want to present themselves. With a strong team behind branding and PR, they’ve spent years refining how to communicate their vision, mission, and expertise.

By combining a clear visual identity with interactive engagement, Better created a stand that not only advertised their solutions but also celebrated their clients and the value they bring to the NHS.

Mimecast: Most Sustainable Stand
mimecast

Mimecast provides a human risk management platform, covering email and collaboration protection, insider risk management, data protection, and security awareness and training.

Over the years, the company has evolved from focusing solely on email security to a more connected, AI-enabled approach, integrating multiple collaboration tools to address a wide spectrum of digital risks.

At HETT 2025, Mimecast reused the stand structure from previous events, swapping only the exterior “skin” as needed. Swag was edible rather than plastic, and printed brochures were replaced with QR codes linking visitors directly to information online.

Like all of this year’s award winners, Mimecast values the chance to connect in person. As they explained, “It’s always important to have face-to-face interaction to build relationships. Often people are really busy; they can’t read all their emails or answer the phone, so having them here in person, actively looking to find out information, is really helpful.”

Sync: Best Stand
sync-1

Sync supports organisations across the UK in adopting, deploying, and using Apple technology. Their services cover hardware, software, finance solutions, installations, training, technical support, and repairs.

Drawing on three decades of experience and recent strategic growth, Sync combines deep organisational knowledge with new expertise to provide customer-centric, consultancy-led solutions.

For their stand at this year’s show, Sync worked with a stand designer they’ve partnered with for several years, reusing many elements from last year’s setup. Their focus was on clarity and visibility: “We want people to be able to look at us and know exactly what we do. I think the big Apple logos and iPads everywhere really help us out with that!” Their pink and purple colour palette also ensured they stood out from a distance.

There were engagement elements as well. “We'll always have a video feed playing demonstrations of devices. And then we also have an interactive coin slot inviting delegates to answer a question of their choosing for post-show content.”

Sync was also joined at the stand by partners Jamf and CHG-MERIDIAN, who support areas such as financing and security. These partnerships allow Sync to deliver a more complete service to its clients, ensuring technology integration is seamless and well-supported across organisations.

Sync recognised that a lot of the conversations had with delegates at HETT 2025 revolved around training: “It's really obvious that a lot of trusts are really embracing technology… It's just making sure that staff are comfortable with that technology so it can be used effectively within workflows.”

As the digital transformation of the healthcare sector continues to accelerate, this insight will remain key; implementing new tools depends as much on people as on the technology itself. With the health and care ecosystem evolving, so too will the conversations around effective technology utilisation.

HETT provides a platform for these discussions, connecting professionals, innovators, and service providers from across the industry to share knowledge and drive meaningful change.
