max20 is a leader in providing project solutions to the NHS and wider healthcare community across the UK – Deploying our associate IT professional resources, we develop, plan, implement and support sustainable solutions to improve healthcare outcomes.

As an exhibitor for the upcoming Healthcare Excellence Through Technology (HETT) conference in September, we caught up with max20 to discuss all things digital transformation, and project solutions.

HETT: Thank you for taking the time to speak with us. Tell us a bit about how your organisation currently supports the health and care sector.

max20: max20 has been supporting the Health and Care sector for over 20 years by providing highly skilled IT subject matter experts to deliver solutions for the benefit of patient care. We currently have over 350 professionals each day supporting Health and Care organisations across the country. We work with and alongside the NHS to facilitate digital transformation, providing teams and individuals from CIOs to service desk analysts.

HETT: What are some of the biggest challenges that you have identified when working closely with your NHS/Care partners?

max20: The biggest challenge for our NHS/Care partners is resourcing programmes and projects to ensure successful delivery. The lead time for our partners to secure substantive resources can be several months. This hinders agile and responsive delivery of solutions which can be detrimental to better supporting patient care. Organisations have finite internal resources and by redeploying their existing staff on new projects, there can be a major impact on business as usual.

HETT: Tell us how working with your products and solutions can help tackle some of the challenges that exist within digital health.

max20: We at max20 are able to deploy the right resources in the right place at the right time. We can quickly mobilise subject matter experts and specialist teams to manage discrete projects or support existing partner teams. We provide and manage our experienced associates to ‘hit the ground running’ and effect delivery immediately, reducing the total time and expenditure for programmes and removing the risk for the NHS.

HETT: We will be hosting HETT Connect again this year, enabling speakers to meet with exhibitors on a 1:1 basis. Who are you hoping to meet?

max20: We look forward to meeting our existing clients, to share feedback on the work we have helped them to deliver, and learn about their future plans and needs. We will be hoping to meet new potential clients and understand how we may be able to support their organisations in the future.

HETT: As HETT Show approaches (27-28 Sept @ExCeL London), tell us what you are looking forward to the most at HETT Show 2022.

max20: We look forward to meeting the people striving to deliver the best possible care for patients in our Health/Care communities. We anticipate learning of the upcoming challenges and opportunities for the digital delivery of improved patient care.

HETT:
