Workshop Take-aways: Valuing Human-centred Design in Digital Health and Care

We recently ran a interactive workshop with digital leaders from Immersion Group, Lincolnshire NHS and ORCHA to deep-dive into the challenges of human-centred design and it's value in healthcare.

We examined the importance of good user design being an integrated part of achieving public health outcomes; the challenge of usability assessment; the impact of usability on digital engagement, literacy and inclusion and user personas and the value that brings to synthetic data and simulation of digital healthcare pathways.
