CDS delivers a new era of transformative health solutions that improve patient experiences and drive operational efficiencies.

As an official exhibitor for the upcoming Healthcare Excellence Through Technology (HETT) conference in September, we spoke with CDS Marketing & Innovation Director, Adrian Odds ahead of the event.

HETT: Thank you for taking the time to speak with us, Adrian. Tell us a bit about how your organisation currently supports the health and care sector.

Adrian Odds: We support organisations in the health and care sectors to enable strategic change. We work locally and nationally, delivering human-centred digital and experience transformation projects. These range from the building of collaboration technology for clinicians and practitioners, to the transformation of complex processes through automation. We always look to make a positive difference to staff, stakeholders, and patients.

HETT: Great to see solutions that support complex processes in the sector. What are some of the biggest challenges that you have identified when working closely with your NHS/Care partners?

Adrian Odds: We have encountered the perfect storm of tight deadlines, a lack of internal resources, and the ever-expanding scope of projects.

CDS will be exhibiting at HETT Show 2022 on 27-28 September. Stand: G1

HETT: The rapid expansion of projects due to digital growth is a common theme. Tell us how working with your products and solutions can help tackle some of the challenges that exist within digital health.

Adrian Odds: We help organisations understand the challenges of users, patients, internal stakeholders, and staff, and our digital products and process automation solutions drive engagement with users of healthcare services. Outcomes include operational efficiencies, saving money, making everything simpler and faster, reducing risk, and freeing up staff time.

HETT: We will be hosting HETT Connect again this year, enabling speakers to meet with exhibitors on a 1:1 basis. Who are you hoping to meet?

Adrian Odds: Anyone in a healthcare setting undergoing a change process that needs the insight to define challenges and the delivery of technology solutions based on user requirements.

HETT: As HETT Show approaches (27-28 Sept @ExCeL London), tell us what you are looking forward to the most at HETT Show 2022?

Adrian Odds: Networking with friends and colleagues in health and social care, learning about people’s challenges, and understanding the new technologies and solutions that positively impact health and social care.

HETT:
Thank you for your time today, Adrian. It’s been a pleasure catching up with you and learning more about how CDS contributes to the evolution of the healthcare sector. We look forward to seeing you at HETT Show (27th 28th September, ExCeL London)!Register for HETT 2022
