The countdown to HETT North 2025 is on, and this year, we’re going paperless. To streamline your event experience and ensure you have everything you need at your fingertips, we’re introducing the HETT Connect app—your essential tool for navigating the event seamlessly.

From accessing your badge to planning your agenda, scheduling meetings, and connecting with exhibitors and peers, the HETT Connect app is your all-in-one guide to making the most of your time at the event.

How to Access the HETT Connect App

Getting started is simple. If you’re already registered for HETT North, then you should have received an email inviting you to download the app. If you haven’t received this email, don’t worry—you can download the GovNet Event App directly from your app store:

Once downloaded, follow these quick steps to access HETT North:

1. Log in using the email address you registered with.
2. Select the Healthcare community and then choose the HETT North event.
3. Explore the event homepage to access all key event features.

Getting the Most Out of the HETT Connect App

The HETT Connect app is designed to help you stay organised, maximise your networking opportunities, and ensure you don’t miss any key sessions or exhibitor meetings.

Explore the Agenda

Navigate to the Agenda tab to view all sessions happening across the Theatres and HETT Insights Zone. Plan your day in advance so you can attend the sessions that matter most to you.

Find and Meet Exhibitors

Looking to connect with digital health solution providers? Use the Exhibitors tab to explore all companies attending and book meetings directly within the app.

Connect with Peers

Explore the visitor tab to find out who else is attending this year. Connect with them and arrange meeting for on the day.

Create Your Personal Schedule

Use the My Event tab to keep track of your saved sessions, scheduled meetings, and key connections—all in one place.
