Roundtable Programme Highlights

Health Innovation Network | 10:45 – 11:45

Health Innovation Networks support health and social care teams to find, test and implement new solutions at scale, tackling some of the NHS’ greatest challenges while driving economic growth. With 15 networks across England, they act as boots-on-the-ground partners to local systems, helping innovation reach the communities that need it most. This roundtable will explore how innovation can be delivered consistently and sustainably across regions.

Open Access with One HealthTech | 12:30 – 13:30

While most roundtables are by invitation only, the One HealthTech session is open for wider participation. One HealthTech is on a mission to make health, care and life sciences more equitable, inclusive and accessible. Too often, innovation overlooks the communities it is meant to serve. This roundtable invites attendees to engage in honest discussion around inclusion, access and representation, and to connect with others committed to creating solutions that work for everyone, everywhere.

The Shuri Network | 14:00 – 15:20

The Shuri Network is the first NHS and care network of women from minority ethnic groups in digital health. Named after the Black Panther character who champions innovation, safety and diversity, the network has made a significant impact by celebrating difference, challenging the system and supporting women from ethnic minority backgrounds to succeed in digital and data careers. This roundtable creates space for discussion around representation, progression and leadership in digital health.

FEDIP | 15:30 – 16:30

FEDIP brings together leading professional bodies in health and care informatics to support the development of the informatics profession. Established through collaboration with organisations including BCS, CILIP, IHRIM, Socitm and UKCHIP, FEDIP focuses on professional standards, recognition and confidence in the workforce. This session will explore the future of the informatics profession and the role of standards in strengthening trust and capability across health and care.
